My friend Marsha was over today and took some adorable pictures of AnnaKate and her fabulous feet.
Ballerina AnnaKate

No feet--but really cute!

I think everyone should post some feet pictures! :)

Billy and I married in 1998 after dating for 6 years. In 2006 we adopted AnnaKate. We were lucky enough to meet her birth mother and take her home from the hospital. At about 4 months old, AnnaKate was diagnosed with Rubinstein-Taybi Syndrome. Through all of AnnaKate's struggles and delays she surprises and delights us daily! Thanks for marking this spot and coming back often to check in on us.

I love to see those feet standing up, I can see Alex's feet in use! I will have to show my PT I know he is secretly worried about his feet working right!
Precious, precious!
Very cute feet, Kelly. Natalie's cute feet are sleeping right now, so I'll try to post her feet in the next few days.
She has the sweetest, most delicate looking feet. Absolutely adorable!

I love her darling feet. I'm glad it is summer so she can show them off. Now her shoes are always adorable, but not as adorable as her sweet little twinkle toes.

I'm honored that you put the feet pictures I took on your blog - Thanks!
I had so much fun hanging out with you and AK yesterday. And might I just mention that I got her to walk holding just one of my hands. :)
And I agree, those little feet are soooooooooooo adorable ~ especially when she's on her tippy toes!
Love You, Marsha
Anna told me about your blog and I have had a ball reading up on the latest adventures of AK and Mommy! She is absolutely adorable and I am continually amazed at how God works! Two things...first, I think your idea about a baby book for special needs children is GREAT...you truly need to give some serious thought to that idea and secondly, I totally can identify with your contemplating "truth or lie" when strangers ask about her age. We went through the same thing when our Emili was younger...I must confess that after being truthful and receiving strange comments and glares, there were days when I chose to simply state that she was the age that she was developmentally. I admire your courage to be honest! Hope your summer continues to go great as you make LIFETIME MEMORIES!

I too adore those precious little feet. And now that she can stand on point she needs a tutu! I have patiently held off two years waiting to buy AK her first tutu and it appers to me the time is within sight. Possibly her Halloween costume could have a tutu? If not an occasion sooner.
I am also amazed at AK's progress. I said I was conflicted last fall when she started school, in that, I couldn't wait to see how far she would go in a year. But I didn't want the year to go by too fast since she is so much fun to watch over the months. But I knew that she would have us all amazed at her progress. And she did...that's my girl!!
