My sweet friend Carrie and Rebecca. Unfortunately, Rebecca did not want to jump at her party. Two year olds can be so unpredictable!!!

Carrie's niece, Sierra, was so sweet to jump with AnnaKate.
Carrie's husband, Hoke, took AnnaKate down the big slide. (I was too scared!) AnnaKate shook like a leaf afterwards but asked for more!!!

Billy and I married in 1998 after dating for 6 years. In 2006 we adopted AnnaKate. We were lucky enough to meet her birth mother and take her home from the hospital. At about 4 months old, AnnaKate was diagnosed with Rubinstein-Taybi Syndrome. Through all of AnnaKate's struggles and delays she surprises and delights us daily! Thanks for marking this spot and coming back often to check in on us.

What a fun place for kids. Wish we had something like that.
AK looks like she fits right in with the big kids! Bella always thinks that she is just a big as her cousin (who is 8 years older). She doesn't know the difference. :)

Just a reminder...never have any of AK's birthday parties at one of those adult unfriendly places. Those bouncy things are only one step above a pit of balls. You know where I am going. Too many strange child born germs for me.
