I am taking my computer so I can maybe blog while I am there. I am sure we will take some great pictures!

Have you heard?
Have you heard that bright an early on Thursday morning I am flying to Cocoa Beach, Florida to meet up with 4 other blogging moms who have children with RTS? We already have a sister-like connection. I know this meeting with be filled with laughs and tears. I am leaving Billy and AnnaKate at home to watch as much tv as they want and play all day. I will miss them but I am so excited to meet Jessica, Myssie, Kelly F. and Christine.

Billy and I married in 1998 after dating for 6 years. In 2006 we adopted AnnaKate. We were lucky enough to meet her birth mother and take her home from the hospital. At about 4 months old, AnnaKate was diagnosed with Rubinstein-Taybi Syndrome. Through all of AnnaKate's struggles and delays she surprises and delights us daily! Thanks for marking this spot and coming back often to check in on us.

I was sorta hoping to see the actual gifts since I heard so much about them. Take pictures of them opening them.
Have fun. Add to your tan, have fruitie drinks, eat wonderful food and commiserate. But above all have lots of fun!
I just realized it's almost 11:30 so you should be about to meet the girls and let the fun begin.
