These are my favorite photos from this week.
AnnaKate is sleeping better but we are having problems with her waking up and wanting us to come and rock her. I don't want to go down this path so we have had some screaming-filled nights. October is going to be a crazy busy month--AnnaKate needs to sleep!! :)
Billy and I married in 1998 after dating for 6 years. In 2006 we adopted AnnaKate. We were lucky enough to meet her birth mother and take her home from the hospital. At about 4 months old, AnnaKate was diagnosed with Rubinstein-Taybi Syndrome. Through all of AnnaKate's struggles and delays she surprises and delights us daily! Thanks for marking this spot and coming back often to check in on us.

I agree, I love the photos too. I am happy to see that Felix made the blog. AnnaKate is such a cute subject to photograph. The picture of her climbing among the chairs is adorable.
Sorry to hear that the sleeping is not going well. Will does the screaming in the middle of the night and I still give in. I guess we need to toughen up.

Great pictures! She always looks so happy....but I guess the middle of the night is another story. Hopefully it won't take long until she is sleeping soundly through the night.
