It is hard to believe that we are having a 5th birthday for our sweet angel! Just like the day we brought her home from the hospital today was a perfect day for a party. The party theme this year was birds.

Fun…the kids decorated graham cracker bird houses, played in the sand box and enjoyed the beautiful day!

Billy and I married in 1998 after dating for 6 years. In 2006 we adopted AnnaKate. We were lucky enough to meet her birth mother and take her home from the hospital. At about 4 months old, AnnaKate was diagnosed with Rubinstein-Taybi Syndrome. Through all of AnnaKate's struggles and delays she surprises and delights us daily! Thanks for marking this spot and coming back often to check in on us.

It was a beautiful day to celebrate a beautiful girl turning 5. We had a blast! After we got home, Taylor asked if we could go back to your house later. :) The house was beautiful, and of course the decorations were AMAZING!
